Quick service! I walked in on a weekend and was seated right away. The handroll set was tasty but the sashimi was a bit bland, which checks out for the price. I found the soy sauce too salty for my liking. The only really delicious piece was the unagi handroll, which I ordered separately.

We got takeout of 8 hand rolls and a "sushi pop". The portions were smaller than expected. The sushi pop tube packaging was also put together wrong so the top and bottom covers were switched and the entire roll ended up falling out of the tube and on the floor. It was such a sad waste of a 20 dollar roll...

This was my first time trying raw sushi and i have to say.. they did their big one. I originally came to order 3 rolls and i ended up eating 10 lol this was magical for my taste buds oh my days. Beautiful ambient spot. Very very clean and fast service and lovely people here i almost didnt want to leave. Now ill be here at least twice a week 🤣. Youve got to try if youre in the area, and even if youre not, travel to try them. 🫶

The location is shiny and new with friendly wait staff. I’m dropping a star because the “rolls” were not rolls. I ordered 4 rolls: spicy salom, spicy tuna, California, and shrimp. We received what can only be described as big sashimi nestled in seaweed paper. Max two bites per roll. Once you figure out if you’re enjoying the flavor on the second bite the “roll” is gone.

Absolute gem in Greenpoint! Hand rolls were nicely balanced and so fresh. The service was excellent. Recommend to sit at the chef bar 🙂 Definitely coming back

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG. THE KAMPACHI AND SNOW CRAB AND SALMON SOOO GOOD!!! thank you so much. They put the nori is wrapped on each roll so it doesn’t get soft. It’s crunchy. It’s so much better than kazu nori. So so so good. I’m writing this standing outside the restaurant after just eating. Soooo good.

Stopped by for a very early, quick happy hour since they have $6 hand rolls. Good size, solid quality, and the wrapper lets you take your time without the seaweed getting soggy - which is great. Plus it seems like their wasabi is legit.
It’s a nice spot, wouldn’t mind popping in again for the real deal and not just HH.
